Originally trained as a certified athletic trainer, Jennifer has built a distinguished career at the intersection of clinical operations, strategic growth, and patient-centered service delivery. With a strong foundation in musculoskeletal care and an MBA-backed business acumen, she has led orthopedic groups, surgical centers, and multidisciplinary clinics through phases of expansion, innovation, and operational excellence. Her leadership is rooted in a deep understanding of both provider and patient needs—and a relentless drive to raise the standard for modern, value-based healthcare.
